Mango Mojito Recipe

Summer in a glass. Those are the first words that come to my mind when I think of this mango cocktail. Sweet mango, fresh mint, and sour lemon. These flavors combined are a guarantee for success!

If you’re a fan of drinks with mango just like us, we’re pretty sure that you’ll also like our mango pina colada recipe.

Tips for Making the Best Mango Mojito

  • When cutting the lime, make sure to remove the pith. It has a bitter taste and can spoil the sweet taste of your mango drink.
  • Take care when muddling the lime and mint leaves. If you muddle too hard, you’ll beat up the mint leaves and your drink will taste bitter because of the lime peel.

How to Make a Mango Mojito

Add the mint leaves to your cocktail shaker and put the lime wedges on top of them. Cover the wedges with sugar and start muddling gently until the limes have given up their juice.

Next, add the mango pieces and muddle again until they have a pulpy texture.

Now comes the fun part. Add the rum to the cocktail shaker, put the lid on firmly, and shake what your mama gave ya!

Fill a glass with ice and pour the cocktail into it. Top it off with the club soda.

Garnish your glass with a slice of lime to bring that tropical vibe right into your kitchen.
